Here is our planned route with over night stops along the way

https://goo.gl/maps/1t7naqXZNvn   <<<<:This is the link to a visual route on Google maps. Unfortunately, you can only see this detailed route, highlighting our three stops, using a desk top computer.

January 15 - First Stop: Hee Hee Illahee in Astoria (just north of Salem, Oregon). It will take 6 hours to get here, which means we should arrive in plenty of time to set up, have a few drinks with dinner, a little relax, then hit the sack

January 16 - Second Stop: Premier RV Resort of Redding, California. Title is self explanatory of the location. Again, just a 6 hour day of driving. Don't want to over due ourselves and want to enjoy the sites and location.

January 17 - Third Stop: Orange Grove RV Resort. This is just east of Bakersfield. It is an old orange orchard, and you park between the orange trees. You can literally just step out and pick fresh oranges. I called them and made reservations. They told me that it will be picking season when we get there and we are allowed to pick one bag of oranges! How cool is that! This is the longest leg of the trip at 7 hours.

January 18 - Last Stop: Cathedral Palms RV Resort, which will be our home for two months. This is only a 4 hour drive from Orange Grove RV Resort. We should arrive by noon or 1:00. An early arrival will give us time to get totally set up and be at the Sunday Beer Bust by 4:00!

  1. Have fun guys and don't get into too much trouble until we get there. See you in 4 weeks or so. Dave make sure you drink all the milk as we will have to go for a milk run when we get there.
